Access Panels Description:
Hinged or screw fixed panels for access
to services in shafts and ceiling spaces. Fire
Performance: Can provide up to
2 hours FRL to AS1530 part 4. Panels
can be fully insulated or insulated
for 30 minutes dependant on situation.
Lift
Motor Room Hatches Description:
Steel frame work supporting hinged
load bearing, steel chequer plate.
Safety gates and rails are provided
to hold open cover plates.
Installed in new or existing buildings
where access to lift motor is required. Fire
Performance: Can provide up to
2 hours FRL to AS1530 part 4.
